Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Thank you for booking with TT Picnics & Events! 1. Booking & Payment: A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining 40% is due 24 hours before your picnic. Same-day bookings must be paid in full. 2. Cancellation: - Cancellations can be made 48 hours or more before your booking: You may reschedule once within 60 days. Deposit is non refundable ,can be kept as credit. Deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred in case of no show. - No-shows will be charged the full amount. 3. Rescheduling: To reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance. One free reschedule allowed. After that, a R250 rescheduling fee applies. 4. Weather Policy: For outdoor picnics, if it rains heavily, you may reschedule within 30 days at no extra cost. We will contact you the night before aswell as in the morning of your booking to confirm if we should postpone or go ahead . For any cancellations or rescheduling, please WhatsApp us directly.
